We provide high-precision laser cutting services for sheet metal components, delivering clean edges, tight tolerances, and minimal heat distortion. Our CNC-controlled laser systems cut stainless steel, aluminum, and other metals with exceptional accuracy, making them ideal for brackets, enclosures, housings, metal housings, and custom-cut precision parts. This process ensures consistent quality across prototypes and production runs in demanding industrial environments. With fast turnaround times and strict quality control, our laser cutting service supports medical devices, photonics, automation, robotics, and other industries that demand exceptional precision and consistency.

Bending

Bending is a key process in sheet metal fabrication, used to form parts like brackets, enclosures, and panels by shaping metal into specific angles or profiles. It’s typically done on a press brake to ensure accuracy, consistency, and proper fit across production runs. Materials such as stainless steel and aluminum are commonly used. Our precision bending process guarantees proper fit, structural integrity, and clean finishes—ideal for applications in medical equipment, automation systems, photonics, and industrial machinery.

Welding

Welding is a fundamental process in sheet metal fabrication, used to create strong, permanent joints between stainless steel, aluminum, and other metals. At Rollyu Precision, we offer TIG, MIG, and spot welding to ensure structural integrity, clean seams, and high-strength performance. Common parts are enclosures, brackets, frames and support structures. Our welding capabilities support demanding industries such as medical devices, automotive, photonics, and industrial equipment, where precision and durability are critical.

Deburring

Deburring is a critical finishing step in sheet metal fabrication, designed to remove sharp edges, burrs, and surface imperfections caused by cutting, punching, or machining. At Rollyu Precision, we use both manual and automated deburring techniques to enhance part safety, improve assembly fit, and ensure smooth, clean surfaces. Common applications include: brackets and housings, medical device components, automotive panels, industrial enclosures and assemblies.

Options

Stainless Steel

Stainless steel is corrosion-resistant, strong, and easy to clean, making it ideal for medical, food, and industrial applications. Grades like 304 and 316 are widely used for enclosures, equipment, and components requiring durability and hygiene.

Grades: 304, 316, 430, etc.

Carbon Steel (Mild Steel)

Mild steel is strong, affordable, and easy to weld or machine. It's commonly used for frames, brackets, panels, and structural parts where corrosion resistance is not critical.

Grades: A36, 1018, 1020, etc.

Aluminum

Aluminum is lightweight, corrosion-resistant, and easy to form. Grades like 5052 and 6061 are widely used in aerospace, electronics, and enclosures due to their strength, weldability, and clean surface finish. It’s also non-magnetic and conducts heat well.

Grades: 5052, 6061, 3003

Galvanized Steel

Galvanized steel has a zinc coating that protects against rust, making it ideal for HVAC systems, construction frames, and outdoor enclosures. It’s strong, weldable, and suited for moisture-prone environments.

Zinc-coated for corrosion protection

Galvanized Steel

Copper is highly conductive and corrosion-resistant, making it ideal for electrical parts, heat exchangers, decorative trim, and medical components where hygiene and performance matter.

Brass

Brass is a copper-zinc alloy with good machinability, corrosion resistance, and a golden finish. Its softness and formability make it ideal for detailed parts like fittings, valves, electrical contacts, and decorative hardware.

Titanium

Titanium is strong, lightweight, and corrosion-resistant. Commonly used in aerospace, surgical implants, and high-performance parts, it withstands extreme temperatures and resists fatigue and cracking.

Zinc & Zinc-Alloy Sheet

Zinc and zinc alloys offer good corrosion resistance, dimensional stability, and are commonly used in precision stamped parts, electrical housings, and decorative trim due to their smooth finish and castability.

Cold Rolled Steel (CRS)

Cold Rolled Steel (CRS) offers a smooth surface, sharp edges, and consistent thickness—ideal for precision parts, brackets, and enclosures. It provides better dimensional accuracy than hot-rolled steel and is widely used in appliances, automotive, and industrial fabrication.

Pre-Painted or Anodized Metals

Pre-painted or anodized metals offer surface protection and uniform appearance without extra finishing. Ideal for signage, enclosures, panels, and trims, they help reduce production steps and maintain consistent color and corrosion resistance from the start.

Options

Anodizing

Anodizing strengthens the natural oxide layer on aluminum, enhancing corrosion and wear resistance. It’s available in clear or colored finishes, offering both protection and visual appeal. Often used in aerospace, electronics, architecture, and medical parts, anodizing provides a durable, non-conductive, and environmentally friendly surface that improves longevity and paint adhesion.

Aluminum

Electroplating (e.g., Nickel, Zinc, Chrome)

Electroplating applies a thin layer of metal—like nickel, zinc, or chrome—onto parts to improve corrosion resistance, surface strength, and appearance. Commonly used in electronics, automotive, fasteners, and decorative hardware, it also improves conductivity and provides a clean, polished finish.

Steel, Brass, Copper

Passivation

Passivation is a chemical process that removes surface contaminants from stainless steel, forming a thin, protective oxide layer. This boosts corrosion resistance without affecting the base metal, making it ideal for components used in medical, aerospace, and cleanroom environments.

Stainless Steel

Black Oxide

Black oxide is a chemical coating applied to metals like steel, copper, and zinc. It provides a sleek, dark finish, mild corrosion resistance, and is often sealed with oil or wax for added durability. Provides a matte black finish with mild corrosion resistance, often used in tools, fasteners, and industrial parts.

Steel

Brushing / Polishing

Brushing and polishing improve surface smoothness and visual appeal. Brushed stainless steel has fine lines and a satin finish, while polishing creates a smooth, subtle shine. Commonly used for decorative panels, enclosures, and consumer-facing parts.

Stainless Steel, Aluminum

Laser Marking/Laser Engraving

Laser marking/engraving creates permanent, high-precision marks on metal surfaces without affecting part integrity. Ideal for adding logos, serial numbers, or traceability codes that resist fading and wear—commonly used in medical, aerospace, and ind

Powder Coating

" Powder coating is a dry finishing process where electrostatically charged powder is applied to metal and cured under heat, forming a tough, uniform, and impact-resistant surface. Ideal for enclosures, brackets, and frames in automotive, electronics, and industrial products."

Steel, Aluminum

Bead Blasting / Sandblasting

Bead blasting or sandblasting uses fine abrasive media to clean and smooth metal surfaces, removing burrs, oxidation, or machining marks. It creates a consistent matte texture, ideal as a pre-treatment before coating or anodizing, often used in medical, aerospace, and industrial parts.

Painting (Wet Paint)

Wet painting offers a cost-effective and flexible finishing option for sheet metal parts, especially when powder coating is not ideal. It allows precise color matching, smooth finishes, and protection against moisture, chemicals, or wear—commonly used in electronics housings, medical equipment, and industrial panels.
